Secretário de Segurança da PB pede apuração rigorosa sobre confusão na Central de Polícia
Jean Francisco Bezerra Nunes, Secretário de Segurança Pública e Defesa Social do Estado da Paraíba, tomando conhecimento do episódio ocorrido na Central de Polícia em João Pessoa, envolvendo policiais e advogados, determinou que os fatos sejam apurados em toda sua extensão.
Questionado sobre o fato, disse ” qualquer um que tenha praticado crime ou infração administrativa deverá ser responsabilizado”. Concluiu
O secretário de Segurança da Paraíba, Jean Nunes, lamentou o episódio de agressão entre policiais e advogados, na Central de Polícia, na sexta-feira (25), e pediu apuração rigorosa sobre o caso.
Em contato com o Portal T5, Nunes afirmou que qualquer um que tenha praticado crime ou infração administrativa deverá ser responsabilizado.
“Nossa determinação é que se apure com rigor e imparcialidade os acontecimentos, seja na seara criminal, seja na administrativa de ambas as Instituições através de suas corregedorias”, afirmou.
Ainda conforme o secretário, três advogados foram autuados em flagrantes acompanhados de representantes da Corregedoria da Polícia Civil e da OAB.
“Não podemos permitir que eventos pontuais abalem a relação entre a Polícia Civil e a Advocacia, ambas instituições de Estado com previsão Constitucional”, disse
